Italian legend Zucchero was invited by Hotei for his first ever visit to Japan, after Hotei provided a guest guitar performance on Zucchero’s new album “Black Cat”. In conjunction with the Italian Embassy in Tokyo, “Italia Amore” was a cultural festival of all things Italian to celebrate 150 years of friendship between Japan and Italy. Zucchero performed songs from his new album and some fan favourites to an excited crowd at Roppongi Hills Arena on 28th May, supported by Hotei and his band.
