Following his contribution to the new Gang of Four album “What Happens Next” with a song called “Dead Souls” co-written with the group’s leader Andy Gill, Hotei joined the band on stage as a guest for one of the final songs during their sold out gig at East London club Oslo....
GUITARHYTHM VII is the seventh edition of HOTEI’s album series -GUITARHYTHM-, started in 1988 after the phenomenal success of his band BOØWY. The album features a broad range of musical styles, from spectacle orchestration to heavy rock riffs, and HOTEI has redefined guitar-driven music with his modern vision & approach.
